In the event that a mistake has been made we will gladly offer a refund so long as the following terms are met.

RETURN POLICY: We do not sell on approval therefore we only offer refunds if the item is not as described.

Under no circumstances do we offer partial refunds.
Prior to any refund the items must be returned posted insured also be received in the same condition as when purchased.

A buyer must return post the item within the first 5 days of the items arrival, all return arrangements must be made with us via email prior to return posting the item, otherwise we can not guarantee a refund.

POSTAGE POLICY: We are proud to say we have had 100% success rate with all overseas postage but in the unfortunate event an item posted is damaged or lost during transit it is the responsibility of the receiver to handle the insurance claim and seek reimbursement from postal authority.

We cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages if you do not take out insurance or registered post therefore will not refund in this respect.

All our post is sent out with registered post (sapo.co.za). Please contact them before you email us asking where your item is.

INSURANCE: We highly recommend insurance, when buyers request items to be posted with no insurance we take no responsibly for any damage or loss that may occur during transit.

 BUYER WILL PAY POSTAGE.

When the buyer emails us to report that they are pleased with the item received this in turn means that the buyer has in fact accepted goods purchased.

A buyer can not accept the item then change their mind 2 weeks later and demand a refund
